Welcome to EventBilleto. By accessing our website and using our ticketing platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. For Attendees (Ticket Buyers)

• Refunds: EventBilleto is a platform, not the event creator. All refund policies are set by the individual Organizer. Please contact the Organizer directly for refund requests.
• Ticket Delivery: Tickets are delivered digitally. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address.
• Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled, the Organizer is responsible for issuing refunds in accordance with local laws.

2. For Organizers (Event Creators)

• Content Rules: You may not use EventBilleto to promote illegal activities, hate speech, or fraudulent events. We reserve the right to suspend any account violating these terms.
• Payouts: Funds from ticket sales are processed via Stripe Connect. Payout schedules are subject to Stripe's terms of service and verification processes.
• Fees: By using our platform to sell paid tickets, you agree to our standard fee structure as outlined on our Pricing Page.

3. Limitation of Liability

EventBilleto acts strictly as a ticketing intermediary. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur at the physical events hosted by our Organizers.
